I luv luv this salt!!! Perfect on seafood, margaritas or ANYTHING else you like tasting salty and citrusy!

LIME LOVER

This salt had a nice flavor to it. The lime flavor was up front, but not overwhelming and it wasn't actually all that salty. Seems like it would be very versatile and go well with desserts, savory dishes (like chicken and pork), and be excellent on the rim of a cocktail.

REGARDING POPCORN...

I've enjoyed the combination of lime and olive flavors since the first time I was served a martini-style margarita. Try this salt on some popcorn drizzled with extra virgin olive oil. It's one of my favorite ways to eat the stuff. The only downside to the lime salt is you'll have to smack the shaker around to separate the granules, but the flavor is worth the slight inconvenience.
